National PTA Family School Tech Toolkit
How to use technology to make communication accessible.
Strong family-school partnerships rely on clear, consistent communication, and technology plays a key role in making that communication more accessible than ever. To support this work, National PTA’s Center for Family Engagement has created a comprehensive Communication Technology Toolkit. It helps school communities understand, compare, and choose tools that foster effective communication and stronger relationships with families.
The toolkit includes:

2) A comparison of 20+ leading technologies
3) A mapping tool for transparency with families
4) Guidance for gathering input from families and educators
System leaders can use this resource to build shared understanding across stakeholders and make informed, strategic decisions about communication tools that best serve their communities.
